PSL Recharge Officer - £39,276 - £42,771pa - secondment or a 12-month fixed-term contract  

A vacancy has become available within the Temporary Accommodation Team in Housing Demand.This opportunity is available as a secondment or a 12-month fixed-term contract at Grade 6, with a starting salary of £39,276.The role offers a blended working arrangement, combining home working, attendance at the office one day per week, and regular visits to residents.We are looking for someone with:

• Excellent customer care skills
• Strong negotiation and investigative abilities
• A good level of numeracy
• The ability to travel and undertake resident visits
• The ability to manage a varied workload and work effectively with a range of stakeholders
