Recruitment Consultant – Hospitality & Catering – REC2 is thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our client’s London branch. This role offers the chance to inherit substantial active accounts, enabling you to make an immediate impact from day one.

About You

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant with at least 12 months of experience in the Hospitality sector. To excel in this position, you will need strong skills in lead generation, client conversion, account development, and candidate sourcing and management. Ideal candidates will have leadership aspirations, as this role has the potential to evolve into a management position.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 (DOE) + commission.
