• The appointed solicitor will advise both private and public sector clients on strategic planning issues, planning applications, planning agreements and obligations, planning appeals, enforcement matters and public inquiries.

• You will work on a varied caseload involving complex planning projects, delivering practical and commercially focused advice tailored to each client's objectives.

• Applications are welcomed from Planning Solicitors with between 1 and 6 years' PQE who have gained experience within a recognised Planning Law practice.

• You will demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, commercial awareness and the confidence to manage matters effectively while maintaining exceptional standards of client care.
