YOUR NEW ROLE
Lead design from bid through handover. Own compliance, buildability, cost control and technical clarity. Drive design programmes, coordinate consultants, resolve interfaces and keep delivery moving.
- Leading design governance and risk management
- Coordinating consultants + subcontractors
- Ensuring buildable, cost‑effective, compliant design
- Supporting construction teams with technical clarity
- Overseeing as‑built + O&M documentation
ABOUT YOU
- Strong design management experience (pre‑con + delivery)
- Solid technical understanding of construction and engineering
- Confident managing design reviews, approvals and programmes
- Knowledge of Building Regs and CDM
- Value engineering mindset
- RIBA / CIOB / ICE or equivalent
- Degree‑qualified + SMSTS + CSCS (Black preferred)
