Permanent Recruitment Consultant – Established consultancy with national offices is seeking a senior level WC Permanent Consultant to develop their permanent offerings within the construction sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take advantage of numerous  PSL agreements and existing clients & leads (Kier and Vinci amongst others) to develop a thriving business.

You will be joining a team of consultants focused on the supply of BC personnel to the Construction/M&E sector and consultants focused on the WC M&E sector.  Hence, they are seeking a perm WC expert to complement the team.

The position would suit an experienced consultant that is seeking the autonomy to make their own business decisions in a grown-up working environment without restrictive KPIs.

Salary to £40,000K (DOE) + commission structure that pays up to 30% of the total amount billed from the 1st £ billed.
