Labour Manager – Trades & Labour. Are you an experienced Labour Manager or Senior Resourcer ready to step up? Join one of the UK’s leading suppliers of temporary Trades & Labour workers to major construction projects.

They are looking for a motivated and hands-on Labour Manager to lead their candidate generation and delivery team. If you’re passionate about people, processes, and exceeding client expectations, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead a high-performing delivery team to ensure all client jobs are filled efficiently and on time.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from resourcing and vetting to job placement and client communication.
• Coach, train, and support team members through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and tailored development plans.
• Monitor KPIs, including outbound activity, compliance checks, and job fulfilment targets.
• Ensure high standards of client service with regular check-ins, updates, and prompt issue resolution.
• Optimise workforce supply, maintaining a strong pool of skilled and vetted candidates.
• Control pay rates to maximise gross margin and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to refine and implement best-in-class processes.

What They are Looking For:

• Proven experience in Trades & Labour recruitment/Labour Management.
• A confident team leader with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Results-driven, with a sharp eye for process and performance improvements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Salary £35,000 to £45,000 (doe)  + Bonus + benefits that include hybrid working!

This vacancy is for a permanent, full-time role based in the UK. Applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK.
