Account Manager – Blue Collar Fit-Out

Account Manager (NO BD) – Blue Collar Fit-Out –  Are you an experienced Account Manager or recruiter looking to step away from a 360 role? This is an exceptional opportunity for a Trades & Labour Recruitment Consultant ready to move into a dedicated Account Manager position – no business development required.

You’ll inherit a thriving desk currently billing £300,000+ GP per year and focus on building client relationships, delivering results, and growing existing accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and nurturing existing client accounts
• Conducting site visits to scope upcoming projects
• Acting as the main point of contact for client queries
• Growing accounts through existing client networks
• Cross-selling to existing clients
• Sourcing and delivering top-quality Fit-Out workers

Salary £30,000 to £35,000  + commission + WFH Fridays + Extended lunch breaks for gym-goers + A range of additional perks and benefits!
