Are you a Security Service Engineer based in the West Midlands looking for your next opportunity? As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and fault-finding of security systems across a range of commercial, industrial, and residential sites. You will join an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance on intruder alarm, access control, and CCTV systems to manufacturer and industry standards.
* Diagnose and resolve faults on a range of security systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
* Complete accurate service records and site documentation following each visit.
* Liaise professionally with clients on-site, providing clear updates on works carried out.
* Respond to reactive call-outs in a timely manner, prioritising urgent issues appropriately.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Minimum 3 years' experience servicing and maintaining security systems in a field-based role.
* Hands-on experience with intruder alarm, access control, and CCTV systems from recognised manufacturers such as Texecom, Gallagher, Hikvision, or similar.
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across a variety of security system types.
* Full UK driving licence, as the role requires regular travel to client sites.
* NSI or SSAIB installer/engineer certification (desirable).
* SIA licence (desirable).
