The Role:

As a Graduate Field Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll take ownership of your own territory while receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support through a structured leadership development programme. Over 18–24 months, you’ll rotate across different product areas, giving you broad commercial exposure and the opportunity to develop into a future business leader. This is a varied, field-based role with no cold calling, offering the chance to strengthen your commercial awareness, communication skills and confidence while making a real impact from day one.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with around 120 existing customer accounts across your territory.
• Develop sales strategies to maximise regional growth and commercial performance.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and educate customers on new products and promotions.
• Increase brand awareness through visual merchandising and in-store promotional activity.
• Plan your own diary, prioritise customer visits and manage territory performance.
• Represent the business at UK and European trade shows, exhibitions and customer events.

Requirements:

• Confident, influential relationship builders – some sales or commercial experience would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence (including manual) and willing to drive in the UK
• Can attend an assessment day in Buckinghamshire across 15th/16th September (with expenses paid including hotel stay)
• Able to start in this role on 5th October or 2nd November 
• Location- Based in Glasgow
