Store Detective

As a Store Detective, you will conduct regular inspections of merchandise and facilities to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement. You will be required to prepare detailed reports on incidents, including theft or suspicious behavior, and may also participate in interviews with suspected shoplifters when necessary. Strong communication skills are crucial, as you will be interacting with both customers and staff. Additionally, you should possess a keen sense of judgment and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting. A background in retail, security, or law enforcement is preferred, along with a flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts.
