Branch Colleague / Epsom

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Branch Colleague to join our team in Epsom. As a vital member of our branch, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. You will engage with customers both face-to-face and over the phone, helping to resolve issues and promoting our services effectively.

In addition to customer interaction, you will manage stock levels, assist in merchandising displays, and maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the branch. You will be responsible for processing transactions accurately, handling cash and card payments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
