BI Developer - Data Operations and Reporting

We are seeking a talented and motivated BI Developer specializing in Data Operations and Reporting to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that enhance data accessibility and decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, transform data into actionable insights, and create visually compelling reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Your expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL will be crucial in ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all reporting initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, as well as creating and optimizing data pipelines that support reporting and analytics needs. You will be tasked with developing user-friendly dashboards that provide stakeholders with real-time insights into key performance indicators. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT to maintain data warehouses and ensure seamless integration between various data sources. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in BI development. Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and knowledge of data warehousing concepts are required.
