Retail Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting with the daily operations of our store. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, answering their inquiries, and providing product recommendations to help them find exactly what they need. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and properly stocked at all times. Additionally, you will handle cash transactions, process returns, and assist with inventory management to support our operational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; we are more than willing to train the right individual. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be essential in this role. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is a must.
