Head of Resourcing & Talent

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Resourcing & Talent to lead our talent acquisition and management efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative resourcing strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to selection and onboarding, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will analyze workforce trends and identify the skills and capabilities needed to drive our business forward.

Your duties will include managing a high-performing team of recruitment professionals, providing mentorship, training, and support to enhance their skills and effectiveness. You will implement best practices in talent acquisition, utilizing data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and improve candidate experience. Additionally, you will partner with key stakeholders to develop employer branding initiatives and talent pipelines, while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in strategic talent acquisition and development, along with exceptional leadership skills. You should have a deep understanding of the latest recruitment technologies and trends, with the ability to leverage them to enhance our talent strategy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and executive leadership. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with significant experience in a resourcing leadership role.
