Recruitment Consultant – Engineering

Holt Engineering or Holt Technical Staffing Base salary: £25,000 to £32,000 per year, plus an excellent commission scheme We are looking for experienced Sales Engineers who are ready to put their technical knowledge and commercial skills to work in a new way. By joining Holt Engineering or Holt Technical Staffing as a Recruitment Consultant, you will use your understanding of engineering, technical products and client relationships to connect great businesses with the right talent. You already know how to identify opportunities, build trust, influence decision-makers and deliver results. We will give you the recruitment training, technology, established market presence and support needed to turn those skills into a rewarding, high-earning career with clear progression. What we are looking for • A commitment to delivering an excellent service • Strong relationship-building skills • A professional and organised working style • The ambition to grow your desk and develop your career • A consistent billing history, where applicable What you will need • Proven experience in engineering or technical sales • Strong commercial awareness and a track record of building client relationships • The confidence to identify opportunities, influence decision-makers and deliver results • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills • The ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • A good understanding of systems and Microsoft Office applications • Recruitment experience is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided Why join Holt Recruitment Group?
