Full-Time SEND Teaching Assistant – KS2 Hub

We are currently recruiting for a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school, working within their dedicated SEND Hub, primarily supporting Key Stage 2 pupils.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is patient, caring and committed to helping children achieve their full potential.
The Role

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday
• Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Working primarily with Key Stage 2 children within the school’s SEND Hub
• Providing one-to-one and small group support
• Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement and independence
• Working closely with teachers and the SEND team to deliver tailored support

The Ideal Candidate

• Has a genuine passion for supporting children with SEND
• Is patient, empathetic and resilient
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Has experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
• Is committed to creating an inclusive learning environment
