We're recruiting for a Regional Manager / Business Development Manager to join a recognised professional body within the property sector. Covering Southwest England, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to represent a respected brand, building relationships with estate agencies and driving new business growth.

The Role

As a Regional Manager / Business Development Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement strategies to win new business within the estate agency sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agencies across your region
• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Represent the organisation at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
• Drive revenue growth through a consultative, solutions-led sales approach
• Manage your own sales pipeline and work towards agreed performance targets

Regional Manager / Business Development Manager Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or property sales
• Strong track record of winning new business and building lasting client relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Target-driven, proactive, and commercially focused
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Willingness to travel regularly across Southwest England

Working Arrangements

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
