Key Responsibilities Include:

- Processing and posting supplier invoices
- Processing and auditing employee expenses
- Ensuring strict adherence to VAT and tax regulations
- Responding to internal and external queries (written and verbal)
- Handling inbound calls for the Accounts Payable function
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Posting journal entries
- Setting up and maintaining supplier and employee records within the finance system
- Supporting ad?hoc administrative tasks as required
