    Higher Level Teaching Assistant 

    Hours: 30 hours per week, over 5 days. 8.45am to 3.45pm with a 1 hour  unpaid lunch break, 38 weeks per year

    Grade: Scale 5, Point 12-15

    Pro-rata salary: £22,920 p.a - £23,943 p.a (based on FTE £32,535 p.a - £33,987 p.a)

    Contract: Temporary (Initially until August 2027)

    Hornchurch Academy Trust is a group of six schools based in Rainham, Upminster and Northfleet within the London Borough of Havering and Kent.

    Whybridge Junior School is seeking a to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in our fantastic school. The position is initially until August 2027, however it could be extended to a permanent role, if successful.

    We are looking for a highly committed, enthusiastic and experienced person, who has achieved HLTA status, to join our dedicated team to help make a positive impact on children’s lives.
