Private Dentist – Dursley, Gloucestershire – Full or Part Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Dursley, Gloucestershire to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details:

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are considered.
• Full or part time opportunity.
• Surgery space Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.50pm.
• Saturdays are also available (hours to be discussed).
• Permanent Associate Dentist role.
• Independently owned practice.

Remuneration & Earnings:

• Fully Private list with high earning potential.
• Proven earnings of £200,000 per annum (based on 4.5 days per week).
• Dentist will inherit an established list, with the intention to grow the list further with new Private patients.
• Mix of Private General Dentistry plus Cosmetic and Restorative dentistry.
• Huge opportunity to offer Composite Bonding and Smile Makeovers, with experience preferred.
• Support from a Treatment Coordinator.
• Ongoing mentoring and clinical development.
• Strong internal marketing to assist with patient generation.
• Practice has several finance options available to patients to further boost earnings.

Practice information:

• 5 Surgery principal lead dental practice.
• Clinical support from experienced Nurses, Hygienist and Therapist.
• Practice utilises digital workflow.
• Onsite Intraoral Scanners and CBCT Scanner
• In-house clinical photography equipment.
• Multi-disciplinary team including onsite Specialists in Orthodontics, Endodontics, Periodontics, and Implants.
• Under 1 hours commute from Cheltenham and Bristol.

Desirable Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills and track record of building rapport with patients.
• Experience discussing complex and comprehensive treatment plans.
• Passion for Cosmetic and Restorative dentistry.
• Commitment to continual learning and self-improvement.
• Experience providing Smile Design, Digital Dentistry, plus the use of iTero (or equivalent) Scanners.

Essential Criteria:

• 2 years’ experience within UK Private settings.
• Recognised Postgraduate courses or a willingness to enrol.
• Portfolio to showcase work.
• GDC Registered Dentist.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate.
