Location: Witham, Essex
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

Noble Recruiting are hiring an experienced Senior Import FCL Operator to join a well-established and growing freight forwarding business in Witham. This is a key role within a busy import team, working across full container load shipments with full ownership of files and client accounts. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with a company known for strong management, a supportive team and consistent growth through secured contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage FCL import shipments from start to finish
• Coordinate sea, air and road import bookings
• Liaise with overseas agents and partners
• Handle key client accounts and maintain relationships
• Prepare and manage quotations for UK clients
• Manage Amazon FBA shipments
• Process invoices and maintain accurate records
• Resolve client queries efficiently

Requirements

• Deep-sea import experience is essential
• Strong FCL knowledge
• Experience managing shipments independently
• Confident handling of key accounts
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Forwarding experience preferred (ideally 5–10 years+)
• Full UK working rights
