Regional Assessor Engineer : Plymouth, Exeter, Cornwall, Devon to Penzance/Land’s End
Job Type: Permanent or Sub-Contract
Salary: £330 per day
Hours: Full-time
Noble Recruiting are working with a leading brand in the Electrical and Renewable Engineering accreditation sector to recruit an experienced Assessor Engineer to join their Renewable Technical team across the South West.
This is a field-based role covering Plymouth, Exeter, Cornwall, Devon and surrounding areas, carrying out on-site assessments within the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for assessing the supply, design, installation, commissioning and handover of microgeneration systems, ensuring all work is completed in line with current regulations, scheme requirements, industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
You will be assessing systems including:
- Heat Pumps
- Solar Thermal
- Solar PV
- Battery Storage
You will also be involved in technical compliance across a range of disciplines.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification relevant to installations
- Strong technical knowledge of renewable technologies
- Experience within heat pumps, solar or battery storage
- Full UK driving licence
- Own iPad for carrying out site assessments
