£60,000 to £80,000 per annum

Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting for an experienced Facades Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team working on high-value projects across London and the South East. This is a senior-level role for someone with strong façades, cladding or construction experience who can take ownership of the commercial side of multiple live projects.

The role

• Managing the commercial performance of allocated projects
• Preparing applications for payment, variations, notices and loss and expense claims
• Producing CVRs, forecasts and monthly financial reports
• Leading procurement and placing orders for project packages
• Analysing quotations and managing supplier costs
• Administering supplier contracts, payments and final accounts
• Agreeing final accounts with clients
• Maintaining accurate project records throughout

What we are looking for

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within façades, cladding or construction
• Strong contractual and commercial knowledge
• Experience with CVRs, variations, final accounts and procurement
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
