Electrician - Tonbridge, Kent - To Start ASAP

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance contractor for an experienced Electrician to join their growing team. Working across occupied and void residential properties in Tonbridge and surrounding areas, you will carry out a variety of planned and reactive electrical works, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrician with experience in domestic property maintenance who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Electrician -  Kent - To start ASAP • £40,000 basic salary • Company van • Company uniform and PPE • 24 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays • Company pension • Permanent, full-time position • Ongoing training and development opportunities Key Responsibilities • Full and partial domestic rewires (surface and concealed) • Electrical installations within kitchens and bathrooms, including cookers, showers, sockets, lighting and extractor fans • Installation and maintenance of heating controls and electrical components for wet heating systems • Consumer unit and distribution board replacements • Installation of SWA sub-mains and tails • Installation and maintenance of domestic fire alarm systems • Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) • Testing and inspection of electrical installations • PAT testing of company-owned properties and equipment • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently • Complete all certification and job documentation accurately • Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations, health and safety legislation and company procedures • Deliver excellent customer service while working within occupied homes • Undertake occasional electrical works within company-owned commercial premises Essential Qualifications       NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation        City & Guilds 2391, 2395 or equivalent Testing & Inspection qualification         18th Edition BS7671 Wiring Regulations        Category B Asbestos Awareness         Face Fit Mask compliant (clean shaven or willing to use specialist PPE)          Full UK Driving Licence What We are Looking For • Previous experience within domestic property maintenance or social housing • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively • Reliable, professional and committed to delivering high standards If you are interested in this role please apply here and a member from Premier Recruitment Hub will be in touch to discuss your apllication and the next steps.
