Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: £25,000 – £45,000 per annum (base salary + uncapped commission)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (office based)

Noble Recruiting is working with an award-winning insurance broker who is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Sales Executive to join their growing team in Chelmsford.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven insurance professional with strong product knowledge and a consultative approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, advising on a range of commercial insurance products
• Proactively identifying new sales and lead opportunities
• Contacting leads to discuss suitable insurance products and coverage options
• Negotiating terms and working closely with underwriters to secure the best possible outcomes for clients
• Maintaining a high level of industry and market knowledge
• Managing client queries, including renewals and policy-related questions
• Ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
• Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc duties as required

• Proven experience within commercial insurance sales
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products
• Confident communicator with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships
• Results-driven with a professional and customer-focused approach
