Noble Recruiting are working with a professional mechanical and electrical services company in Ingatestone, Essex, who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, good Excel knowledge and experience supporting a busy office, project team or construction-related environment. As Administrator, you will support the day-to-day administration of mechanical and electrical projects across commercial and residential contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting project administration from start to finish
• Filing drawings and documents into the correct project folders
• Updating materials spreadsheets
• Ordering materials when required
• Processing timesheets and invoices
• Completing variation forms and purchase orders
• Managing diaries and project schedules
• Supporting the wider team with general administration

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous administration experience is essential
• Experience within construction, mechanical, electrical, building services or project administration essential
• Strong Excel skills
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communication skills
• Must be able to drive due to the location
