Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum

Noble Recruiting is recruiting for an experienced BEMS Commissioning Engineer to join a growing Essex-based BMS and BEMS company.

This is a field-based role working across client sites, predominantly in London and the Home Counties, with occasional travel further afield. You will support existing contracts and deliver servicing, commissioning, remedial works and small installation projects.

The Role

As a BEMS Commissioning Engineer, you will work across a varied portfolio of projects and client sites, delivering a professional and reliable service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• BEMS system commissioning
• Servicing, call outs and remedial works
• Light installation, retrofit and small works
• Software and graphical builds, amendments and alterations
• Working with TREND and Tridium control systems
• Maintaining existing client contracts
• Identifying system upgrades and improvements
• Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams

You will need:

• Recent experience working as a BEMS Engineer, BMS Engineer or Controls Engineer
• Strong BEMS commissioning and servicing experience
• TREND or Tridium experience
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and control panels
• Experience with switches, valves, inverters and sensors
• The ability to make software adjustments onsite
• Strong customer facing and communication skills
• A full UK driving licence
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with Siemens or Distech systems would be beneficial.
