Beach Baker is delighted to offer an outstanding opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative, and nationally connected team, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality valuation services across the UK.

In this role, you will contribute to a diverse range of Leisure and Trade-related valuation projects, working with an extensive variety of asset types. You will gain exposure to both single-asset and large-scale portfolio transactions, providing clients with accurate, insightful, and commercially focused valuation advice. This position offers significant scope for professional growth, technical development, and career progression within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Skills

• MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status are essential
• Proficient in key software to include Argus Developer and Argus Enterprise, in addition to standard MS applications including Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with accurate and efficient report writing.
• Strong team player with the ability to quickly build internal and external relationships and credibility.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Confident and personable.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively seek out new business, training or cross selling opportunities.
