They're looking for talented Vulnerability Researchers and Reverse Engineers to join a highly specialised team tackling some of the toughest technical challenges in National Security.Whether you already work in offensive cyber or have built your skills through research projects, bug bounty programmes or Capture the Flag competitions, this is an opportunity to develop your expertise alongside some of the industry's best.What You'll Be DoingConducting vulnerability research and reverse engineering across a range of complex platforms and technologies.Analysing software and hardware to identify security weaknesses and develop proof-of-concept exploits.Building bespoke tooling and adapting to new technologies as required.Working collaboratively with highly skilled engineers and researchers on mission-critical projects.Sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues and contributing to technical excellence across the team.What We're Looking ForYou'll ideally have experience with some of the following:Vulnerability Research, Reverse Engineering or Exploit DevelopmentTools such as Ghidra, IDA Pro, Unicorn or other reverse engineering frameworksLow-level programming and operating system internalsAndroid, iOS, Linux or Windows platformsBinary analysis, debugging and exploit development techniquesCapture the Flag (CTF), bug bounty or independent security research experienceStrong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to a range of audiencesProfessional experience is welcomed, but strong technical hobbyists and researchers with demonstrable skills are also encouraged to apply.What's On OfferSalary up to £75,000Dedicated training budget, including industry conferences and specialist coursesStructured technical career progressionFlexible working arrangementsExcellent pension and comprehensive benefits packageThe opportunity to work on genuinely unique projects that have a direct impact on UK National SecurityPlease note: Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be eligible to obtain UK Developed Vetting (DV) Security Clearance and have the right to work in the UK.
