About the role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drinks Dispense Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of drinks dispense systems in a variety of settings, including bars, restaurants, and event venues. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and that their beverage systems operate efficiently. Key duties will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, performing routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for training staff on the proper use and maintenance of dispense equipment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a background in beverage dispensing systems, refrigeration, or a related field. Experience in customer service is essential, as you will interact with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel to various locations are also required. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
