Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries about products, and helping them locate items within the store. You will also manage transactions at the cash register, process returns and exchanges, and ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked and organized. A keen eye for detail and a passion for retail will be essential in maintaining our store’s visual standards.

In addition to customer service, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks. You will assist in merchandising products effectively to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. Teamwork is vital in this fast-paced environment, as you will collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and provide support during busy periods. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills and a positive attitude who can thrive in a retail setting.
