About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Guest Services Lead to join our team and elevate the guest experience at our establishment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing guest services operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until their departure. You will lead a team of guest service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their performance meets our high standards.
