Customer Service Security

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Security professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring activities in and around our facilities, responding to security incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience for our patrons. You will be required to maintain a visible presence, deter potential security threats, and assist in the enforcement of company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide information regarding safety protocols, ensuring that all interactions are positive and professional.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction. You should be adept at identifying and assessing potential risks, with the ability to think critically and act decisively in emergency situations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with previous experience in security or customer service roles. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred, and familiarity with security technology and surveillance systems is an advantage.
