Are you an experienced Injection Moulding Technician looking to join a highly successful manufacturing environment with state-of-the-art facilities and genuine long-term career opportunities?

We are seeking skilled Injection Moulding professionals to support the production of high-quality plastic components within a modern manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll take ownership of machine setup, programming, process optimisation and production quality.

The Role As an Injection Moulding Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Setting and operating plastic injection moulding machines
• Programming and adjusting machine parameters to ensure optimum performance
• Conducting machine start-ups, changeovers and process improvements
• Monitoring production quality and output levels
• Troubleshooting process and machine issues
• Ensuring products are manufactured to the required specifications
• Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment

What We’re Looking For Essential:

• Previous plastics injection moulding experience
• Experience setting and operating injection moulding machinery
• Ability to understand and adjust processing parameters
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Good attention to detail and quality standards

Desirable:

• Experience with ARBURG injection moulding machines
• Experience within high-volume manufacturing environments
• Blow moulding or extrusion moulding experience
