Monday to Friday | Shifts between 07:00 and 18:30 (Typical shifts 07:00–15:30 or 10:00–18:30)

What You’ll Do

Supervise and motivate a small team of warehouse operatives
Allocate tasks including picking, packing, goods in, and despatch
Ensure orders are accurately picked and packed on time
Create and manage picks and labels as needed
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, compliance, and safety
Support process improvements and accurate record keeping
Communicate effectively with internal teams to manage priorities
We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse supervisory or senior warehouse experience ready to step up
Confident organiser with strong people management skills
Comfortable using email, warehouse systems, and spreadsheets
Excellent attention to detail and calm under pressure
Own transport due to the location
