FLT Driver / Yard Operative (2pm – 10pm)

Cogent Staffing are recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver for our Huddersfield based client.

Must have valid Counterbalance FLT licence and 2 years minimum operating experience.

Shift/salary:

• PM shift
• Monday to Friday
• 14:00-22:30
• £12.71 – £13.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Ongoing, temp to perm position for the right person

The role:

• Loading and unloading vehicles and containers to site
• Using PCs, databases and warehouse management systems
• Checking and filling out paperwork
• Operating Counterbalance Forklift on site
• Working in a yard environment – outside most of the day

The candidate:

• The successful candidate will have a solid work history and proven reliability.
• Must hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Has yard/transport or logistics experience
• Can work unsupervised after training
• Must have knowledge/experience working on PCs and with goods in/out systems
• Immediate starts preferred
