What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging lessons that follow the curriculum and keep students motivated
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere
• Support and mentor students, offering encouragement and guidance when needed
• Adapt your teaching style to suit a range of learners and abilities
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth lesson delivery and continuity

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in a secondary setting is preferred, though not essential
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High levels of enthusiasm, resilience and energy
• The ability to adapt quickly and thrive in new environments
