Role Responsibilities
As the SEN Teacher, you will:
- Deliver creative, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider SEN team
- Create a positive, supportive, and structured classroom environment
- Use tailored strategies to help pupils achieve personal and academic goals
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and professionals
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from teachers with:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience working in an SEN, PRU, or alternative provision setting (highly desirable)
- Strong behaviour management and a compassionate approach
- The ability to adapt, differentiate, and personalise learning
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
