TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a highly regarded regional law firm seeking an Agriculture & Rural Property Paralegal to join its well-established team in Wells.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a career within a specialist area of law, working alongside leading lawyers who advise farmers, landowners, estates and rural businesses across the South West.

The Role

You’ll provide support on a wide range of agricultural and rural property matters, gaining exposure to:

• Agricultural land sales and acquisitions
• Agricultural tenancies
• Rights of way and easements
• Farm and estate transactions
• Rural diversification projects
• Succession planning and wider rural property matters

From day one, you’ll be involved in client matters, assisting with transactions, preparing legal documents, carrying out research and helping to ensure files progress efficiently.

About You

This opportunity would suit someone with previous legal support or paralegal experience, a law graduate looking to specialise in property law, or someone with a genuine interest in the agricultural and rural sector.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organised and proactive
• Keen to learn and develop
• A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage a varied workload
• Interested in building a long-term career within Agricultural & Rural Property

A background or interest in farming, rural business or countryside issues would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
