TSR Legal are proud to be working in partnership with a leading, well-established law firm with a strong presence across the South West. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Legal Executive or Senior Fee-Earning Paralegal to join their highly regarded Private Client team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive department, handling a varied and rewarding caseload of private client matters. You will have the autonomy to manage your own files while also working alongside experienced practitioners on more complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of private client files from instruction to completion
• Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Handling probate and estate administration matters
• Delivering high levels of client care and building long-term relationships
• Assisting with more complex matters as required

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Legal Executive (CILEx) or an experienced Paralegal with fee-earning responsibility
• Demonstrable experience within Private Client law
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and professional approach
