Group FP&A Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group FP&A Manager to join our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function across multiple business units. Your primary duties will include developing and maintaining financial models, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior management to establish financial goals, track performance against targets, and identify areas for operational improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with at least 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar role. You should possess a deep understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and be proficient in financial modeling techniques. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner are essential. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
