Access Control Security Officer

We are seeking a highly vigilant and dedicated Access Control Security Officer to join our dynamic security team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by controlling access to our facilities and ensuring the safety of our employees, visitors, and assets. Your primary duties will include monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification, and utilizing surveillance equipment to detect and prevent unauthorized access. You will also conduct regular patrols of the premises, report any suspicious activities, and respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.

To excel in this position, candidates must possess a keen eye for detail and strong observational skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with previous experience in security or law enforcement. You should be familiar with access control systems and have the ability to use security technology effectively. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with staff and the public regularly. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of safety protocols and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A valid security license and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred.
