Accounts Payable Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist on a fixed-term contract to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Your primary duties will include processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. You will also assist in the preparation of month-end closing, ensuring that all payable transactions are recorded in a timely manner.

To be successful in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. You will communicate regularly with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and answer any inquiries related to accounts payable. A successful candidate will have experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Additionally, you should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A degree in accounting or finance, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, is preferred.
