Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, assisting them in locating products, and answering any inquiries they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining the sales floor, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise. Additionally, you will assist with the cash register, processing transactions accurately, and handling customer returns or exchanges efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as building rapport with customers is essential for fostering loyalty. A keen eye for detail will help you maintain visual merchandising standards and identify stock replenishment needs. Basic math skills are required for cash handling, and previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
