Senior Associate Solicitor –  Real Estate – Cardiff

TSR Legal are currently supporting a highly regarded top law firm in Cardiff, who are seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Associate to join its market-leading Data Centre team based in our Cardiff office. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in cutting-edge projects across the UK.

As an Associate Solicitor, you will:

• Advise on all aspects of data centre development, leasing, and infrastructure projects for major global clients.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial technology, real estate, and infrastructure agreements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external counsel to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Support senior team members while developing your own client relationships and technical expertise.
• Play an active part in driving the continued growth and profitability of the Cardiff Real Estate team.
• Our client is looking for someone who can bring both technical excellence and commercial awareness to the role.

Ideally, you will have:

• A strong academic background and solid legal training.
• 2+ PQE exposure to a broad range of Real Estate deals.
• A flexible, generalist approach and the ability to handle varied matters.
• A proven track record of delivering excellent client service.
• Experience in business development and a good understanding of how to generate new work.
• Strong communication skills to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
• The ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritise effectively.
