- Assist with payroll and HR system enhancements, upgrades, testing and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate payroll processes.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, including bonuses, allowances and payroll-related reward programmes.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience managing end-to-end payroll, ideally within a multi-country or international environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers and validating payroll outputs.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in payroll reconciliations and variance analysis.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across HR, Finance and external providers.
- Experience using payroll and HR systems, with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Salary of £34,000 - £37,000, depending on experience.

- Fully office-based role.
- Opportunity to join a growing international business.
- Collaborative and supportive working environment.
- A varied role with genuine opportunity to influence payroll processes and continuous improvement.
