Flooring Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Flooring Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet. You will work closely with clients to assess their flooring needs, recommend suitable materials, and ensure high-quality installations that meet industry standards. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you prepare surfaces, measure and cut flooring materials, and apply finishing touches for a polished look.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of flooring materials and techniques, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in flooring installation or a related field. You must be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and have a knack for problem-solving to address any challenges that arise during installation. Additionally, excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and providing exceptional customer service. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy materials are required, as this position may involve traveling to various job sites.
