HR Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Your primary duties will include managing recruitment and selection processes, developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns while promoting employee engagement initiatives that enhance job satisfaction and productivity.

Additionally, the HR Manager will be tasked with performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborate with department heads to develop tailored training programs. Your expertise in conflict resolution and mediation will be crucial in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of HR functions, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management. A professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
