Salary: £28,792 + 15% weekend allowance

Hours: 39 hours per week

Monday to Friday: 07:45 – 16:45
Saturday to Sunday: 07:45 – 15:15
1 in 3 weekends (paid at +15%)
On-call rota included

The role
Carry out general maintenance and basic repairs across site
Support tradespeople with day-to-day tasks
DIY work such as decorating, furniture building and repairs
Escort contractors when required
Keep areas safe, tidy and well maintained

What we’re looking for
Strong hands-on experience in general maintenance or DIY
NVQ trade qualification or CITB (or similar)
Reliable, team player with a good work ethic
Willing to learn and pick up new skills
Prison Security clearance and Standard DBS required – full support provided by Amey.
