About the role

Join a busy hotel environment and lead a friendly Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. What You’ll Be Doing
  •  Managing Food & Beverage operations across the hotel
  •  Leading and motivating the F&B team
  •  Ensuring excellent guest service at breakfast, lunch, dinner & events
  •  Supporting smooth running of functions & hospitality services
  •  Maximising revenue opportunities and maintaining high standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality management experience
  •  Strong leadership and communication skills
  •  Great organisation and time management
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
